Over the past year, the cost of Japanese tea leaves and production has risen significantly. Until now, we have chosen to absorb these rising costs ourselves, rather than pass them on to you. Unfortunately, it has become difficult for us to continue offering our products at the current prices.
From October 1st, we will be making a small adjustment to the prices of two of our matcha products. This decision was not made lightly, and we sincerely ask for your kind understanding.
At the same time, we are pleased to introduce free shipping on all orders above €150 as a way to give back to our loyal customers.
Our mission remains unchanged, to deliver fresh, high-quality Japanese matcha with honesty and care. Even in these challenging times, we are committed to keeping NIWA Matcha accessible to everyone.
