Beginning December 1st, early-access ordering will be discontinued. Instead, we will move to a unified restock system for all customers. Mailing list members will continue to receive advance notification, but the opening time for ordering will be the same for everyone.
Please also note that, starting from December, restocks may occur on random dates depending on production and availability in Japan. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Due to the limited supply of high-quality matcha and the steady increase in demand, we have now reached the maximum stock we are able to secure each month. As a result, certain items may sell out quickly. Once sold out, we might not be able to prepare additional stock until the following month.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding. NIWA Matcha remains committed to providing carefully sourced Japanese tea, and we are grateful for your continued support.
