How to use
Sift 1 tsp (2g) of hojicha powder into a bowl
Add 60ml of hot water (80–95°C)
Whisk until smooth
Add more hot water or milk to taste
For a lighter cup, 80°C
For a deeper, toastier flavor, use water closer to 90–95°C.
